Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an energetic Events Marketing Executive in Manila Eastwood, QC. The role focuses on planning and delivering Future of Mining campaigns, with emphasis on email marketing, social promotion, and cross-functional collaboration to maximise delegate registrations and sponsor visibility.

The position is hybrid, reporting to the CMO, and offers opportunities to grow within a global marketing team across Manila and Perth. You will support end-to-end event lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and delivering multi-channel event campaigns.
• Proven ability to build and execute email marketing programs.
• Ability to work with global teams and manage vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual marketing plan for Future of Mining aligned to targets.
• Build multi-channel campaigns to drive registrations and sponsorship visibility.
• Manage campaign calendar with key event milestones (early bird, final push, on-site).
• Plan and deliver email campaigns, segment audience, and personalise communications.
• Coordinate with Sales, Content, Design, and Events Operations for seamless execution.
