Job summary

Philippine Dragon Media Network Corp. is seeking an Events Project Manager to oversee planning and execution of company and client events from pre-production through post-event completion.

The role coordinates internal teams, clients, suppliers, venues, and talents onsite, with a focus on managing fast-paced, multi-part projects. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in events or project management, strong communication, and the ability to work onsite, including weekends or travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Events Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in events or project management.
• Experience with corporate brand activations and large-scale productions.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite, weekends, or travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of events and activations.
• Develop project timelines, schedules, production plans, checklists, and manpower.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, timelines, and expectations.
• Manage suppliers, venues, production teams, talents, and external partners.
• Conduct venue visits, site setup, rehearsals, and event execution.
• Assign responsibilities to staff and brief teams before execution.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of all deliverables.
• Coordinate event logistics including equipment, transport, and meals.
• Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations when needed.
• Monitor budgets and coordinate expenses with Admin and Finance.
• Identify issues and prepare contingency plans for events.
• Handle live-event decisions and ensure brand guidelines onsite.
• Maintain event documentation and post-event reports.
