Job summary

ERNI Philippines seeks a Senior System Analyst to lead data migration and integrations for procurement/finance systems. You will map data, write requirements, and ensure cross‑module compatibility across ERP platforms.

The candidate should have 10+ years in senior roles, strong English communication, and a solid SDLC background. This hybrid Manila role offers growth and enterprise project exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Accounting or related discipline.
• At least ten years' experience in a senior system analyst role.
• At least ten years' experience in Oracle ERP, Procurement or Financial-related applications.
• At least five years' experience in implementing data migration and/or data integrations between systems.
• Must have extensive experience using Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Project) for professional documentation.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with Oracle relational databases and multi-tiered application concepts.
• Familiarity with different integration techniques.
• Extensive knowledge of SDLC and its utilization in system development projects.
• Well-developed knowledge of business administration, policies, procedures and practices.
• Proven ability to analyze relationships and breakdown complex tasks ahead.

Responsibilities

• Work with Team Lead, IT owners, business analysts and users in support of procurement systems.
• Analyze procurement/financial systems and perform data mapping for migration or integration.
• Have technical skills to implement data migration and/or integration.
• Write user stories and requirements specifications clearly and concisely.
• Participate in peer reviews of requirements documents and work products.
• Decompose high-level requirements into detailed functional specs.
• Prepare test data and validate programs against requirements.
• Collaborate with developers and end users for technical compatibility and satisfaction.
• Define quality attributes, interfaces, constraints and nonfunctional requirements.
• Support implementation of the new system/solution.
• Provide production issue guidance and user clarifications.
• Guide users/service desk on available functionalities.
• Handle PL/SQL/Java updates where possible.
• Extract reports and update data as approved.
• Work with engineers on data migration/integrations.
• Willing to learn new products/tools.
