Job summary

SGS is seeking a Global Project Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives, ERP implementations, and process standardization across regions. You will manage budgets, risks, and stakeholders while coordinating internal and external teams in a hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management within multinational environments, strong ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and solid PMO capabilities, with an MBA or PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Finance background with exposure to finance transformation initiatives.
• 5+ years in project or program management roles and proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in multinational corporations or large matrixed organizations ($5B+ revenue).
• Expertise with ERP (SAP, Oracle), BPM tools, PM tools (MS Project, Service Now, Jira, Kanbanize).
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or Master’s degree; PMP / Prince2 / Agile preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close projects within deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties; manage risks and ensure quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate updates to stakeholders and executives.
• Maintain project documentation, charters, plans, and logs.
• Support change management and PMO maturity growth.
