Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Global EPR Lead to own and execute the Extended Producer Responsibility program for Packaging, WEEE, and Batteries. You will translate evolving global regulations into scalable compliance processes and serve as the internal subject matter expert for market access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and global EPR/compliance experience.
• Experience across Packaging, WEEE and Batteries in multiple regions.
• Proven ability to manage third-party providers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong data governance and regulatory analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global EPR governance model for packaging, WEEE and batteries.
• Monitor regulatory shifts and maintain an obligations register.
• Oversee relationships with external providers and PROs for registrations and reporting.
• Partner with IT to automate reporting workflows and dashboards.
• Forecast fees, manage budgets, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Drive accountability across Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal.
