We’re seeking an EOR Partnerships Specialist to own partner performance, ensure SLAs, and deliver a consistently high-quality experience for clients and workers worldwide.

You’ll manage a portfolio of partners across regions, drive KPI reviews, and build a scalable partnership function, with a path to lead a growing team.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in vendor or partner management, account management, or operations, ideally within EOR, global payroll, or HR services.
• Solid understanding of how EOR models and in-country partners operate.
• Track record of managing external partners against SLAs and driving measurable performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of EOR partners and be the main contact across regions.
• Define, track, and report on partner KPIs and SLA adherence.
• Oversee contracts, pricing terms, and renewals; manage escalations end to end.
