Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced Senior Endpoint Management Engineer to lead the strategy, design, and modernization of our enterprise endpoint management services in a global environment. You will drive endpoint security, device lifecycle management, automation, and governance while partnering with Security, Infrastructure, Identity, and Workplace Technology teams.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Endpoint Management, EUC, Workplace/Systems/Infrastructure Engineering.
5+ years designing and implementing modern endpoint management solutions.
Strong expertise in Jamf Pro, Tanium, and UEM/MDM/MAM platforms.

Responsibilities

Define and own the enterprise endpoint management strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
Lead modernization initiatives covering device provisioning, lifecycle management, compliance, and security.
Manage UEM platforms across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS/iPadOS, and Android.
Drive endpoint security, patching, vulnerability remediation, and Zero Trust controls.
Collaborate with Security, Identity, Infrastructure, and Business teams to improve reliability and experience.
Implement automation, governance, reporting standards, and continuous service improvements.
Develop standards, monitoring, and dashboards for endpoint health and performance.
Create self-service capabilities, workflows, and runbooks.
