Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with concentration in Employee & Labor Relations.
• Experience handling Employee Relations issues for different markets, globally.
• Experience conducting sensitive workplace investigations.
• Amenable to a hybrid work arrangement (onsite and work from home).
• Requires 25 Mbps internet speed and a private quiet area at home.
• Employment eligibility to work in the Philippines; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end complex employment relations cases, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievance investigations.
• Track cases through the global case management tool.
• Support new business initiatives with consultation process guidance and documentation support.
• Provide CLR specialist advice to CEG team members across different roles and global markets.
• Support global organizational change initiatives and projects to drive efficiency and add CLR value.
• Deliver CLR training to leaders and employees to reduce labor risk.
• Research and develop initiatives to mitigate labor risk.
• Review and update CEG policies and procedures.
• Respond to CEG/CLR inquiries escalated from the American Express Colleague Service Center.
• Work in a multi-market setting and on shifting schedules.
