About the role

Lead the end-to-end People Services function across the Philippines, including lifecycle management, compliance, policy execution, and day-to-day operations. Ensure delivery of high-quality HR support that aligns with global standards and local requirements. Act as the primary escalation point and advisor for complex employee relations, investigations, and sensitive personnel matters.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, statutory reporting, and audit readiness
• Partner with global People teams to streamline systems, standardize processes, and adapt enterprise-wide initiatives to the local context
• Design and execute talent strategies covering performance management, succession planning, learning & development, and career progression
• Launch programs to elevate onboarding, employee engagement, manager capability, and internal mobility
• Partner with business leaders to build strong, high-performing teams aligned with future workforce needs
• Facilitate leadership development and coaching opportunities suited for local leadership needs
• Analyze data and feedback to identify talent trends and recommend proactive retention and engagement strategies
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing People Experience team in the Philippines
• Collaborate closely with global HR functions to localize and implement global strategies
• Represent the Philippines in global initiatives, providing local expertise to influence enterprise-wide people programs
