Job summary

ONIS CORPORATION is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee global ecommerce operations, international shipping, and cross-border fulfillment. You will coordinate Shopify store activities, manage inventory, and ensure accurate documentation across multiple regions.

The role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with experience in import/export processes, customs, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Shopify or ecommerce operations.
• Experience in international import/export operations.
• Knowledge of cross-border logistics and global order fulfillment.
• Familiarity with customs documentation and international shipping terminology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global ecommerce and cross-border operational activities.
• Support Shopify store operations including order and fulfillment workflows.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate global order fulfillment.
• Coordinate international shipping and import/export activities.
• Ensure customs and shipping documentation is prepared and managed properly.
• Work with freight forwarders, brokers, and logistics providers.
• Support compliance with import/export and international shipping requirements.
• Coordinate movement of regulated or hazardous products where applicable.
• Improve processes related to inventory, logistics, and fulfillment.
• Work with ERP, CRM, and inventory systems for visibility and accuracy.
• Identify issues, risks, and bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth international operations.
