Responsibilities

• Oversee global ecommerce and cross-border operational activities.
• Support Shopify store operations including order and fulfillment workflows.

• Work with freight forwarders, brokers, and logistics providers.

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate global e-commerce operations, international shipping, import/export activities, and cross-border fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has experience managing e-commerce or operational workflows, inventory, logistics, and international product movement. This role requires familiarity with import/export processes, customs documentation, international shipping regulations, and the movement of regulated or hazardous goods, including lithium batteries.

This is a cross-functional role requiring strong coordination, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate global e-commerce and cross-border operational activities.
• Support and manage Shopify store operations, including order and fulfillment workflows.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate global order fulfillment activities.
• Coordinate international shipping, import/export activities, and cross-border logistics.
• Ensure required customs and shipping documentation is prepared and managed properly.
• Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other international logistics providers.
• Support compliance with applicable import/export and international shipping requirements.
• Coordinate the movement and shipment of regulated or hazardous products, including lithium batteries, where applicable.
• Manage and improve processes related to inventory, logistics, fulfillment, and international product movement.
• Work with ERP, CRM, and inventory management systems to maintain operational visibility and accuracy.
• Identify operational issues, risks, and bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of international operations.

• Experience with Dangerous Goods (DG) shipping.
• Experience with lithium battery shipping or other regulated products.
