Job summary

Eucalyptus Philippines is seeking a Shop Operations Specialist to support our global ecommerce shop with inventory management, product onboarding, and back-office system design as we grow internationally. You'll work with the Operations teams in Manila and the UK to forecast trends, raise purchase orders, ensure accurate listings, and coordinate with suppliers and merchandising teams.

The role suits those with 4+ years in ecommerce operations, a quantitative degree, and strong Excel/Sheets

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in ecommerce operations or related roles.
• A degree with a strong quantitative component (business, finance, CS, engineering, or mathematics).

Responsibilities

• Product onboarding: setup and upload of new products in the shop system.
• Inventory management: track stock levels and forecast trends.
• Stock ordering: raise and manage POs with suppliers.
• System quality control: verify product listings and ensure platform consistency.
• Issue resolution: troubleshoot listing or inventory issues.
• Supplier coordination: liaise on order status and delivery timelines.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with merchandising, marketing, and customer service.
