Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the setup and upload of new products in the shop system with complete descriptions.
• Track stock levels across SKUs and forecast demand, identifying risk of stockouts.
• Raise and manage Purchase Orders with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Verify accuracy of product listings and ensure consistency across the platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to product listings or inventory discrepancies.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and issues.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and customer service teams.
