Job summary

Eucalyptus in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to design and execute scalable recruitment strategies across global markets. You’ll own pipelines, shape employer branding, and partner with leaders to hire top talent aligned with our mission.

You’ll thrive in a fast-moving, data-driven environment, collaborating with the Talent team to continuously improve hiring outcomes and deliver high-quality candidates for key roles across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience across multiple functions.
• RPO experience combined with in-house TA exposure.
• Ability to shape hiring plans and influence stakeholders.
• Proficient in proactive sourcing and building engaged talent pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering recruitment strategies that align with evolving business needs.
• Owning end-to-end hiring for key roles with a seamless candidate experience.
• Advising stakeholders on recruitment best practices and driving outcomes.
• Using creative sourcing methods to build strong talent pipelines.
• Tracking and analyzing hiring data to assess effectiveness.
• Sharing recruitment insights and metrics with hiring managers for data-driven decisions.
