Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent and licensed to practice as a professional engineer.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• 7–15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong drainage design experience using Australian standards and RMS provisions.
• Proficient in design software (12D, HEC-RAS, MUSIC) and AutoCAD with independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical aspects of large or complex tasks within projects to meet time, budget and safety objectives.
• Coordinate and lead teams of engineers and technicians across disciplines.
• Provide technical leadership and develop design options to maximise profitability.
• Oversee production quality of designs, reports and documentation to Arcadis standards.
• Support business unit leadership in project delivery and financial control.
