Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• CCNP-X or equivalent certification preferred.
• ACSP/ACMP/RCSP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Expert level routing and switching with Cisco DNAC and Catalyst Center.
• Ensure operational readiness for new projects and devices added to the network.
• Support wireless infrastructure including Aruba/Controller platforms and related tools.
• Lead incident management and mentor Tier 2 staff on event handling and response.
• Develop and improve monitoring and documentation standards.
