EPAM Systems is seeking a Data Delivery Manager to drive data-centric programs from inception to closure. You will partner with diverse teams to bridge strategic aims with tangible delivery results, while coaching a matrix of engineers, analysts, and stakeholders.

The role requires advanced English, 5+ years IT experience, and a proven track record in data architecture, dashboards, and end-to-end delivery. Expect a dynamic, collaborative environment with extensive learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience across varied projects and settings.
• At least 2 years in Lead/Manager/Owner/Architect/Coordinator capacities.
• 2+ years guiding teams of 5+ members.
• Involvement in 2 full-cycle projects or releasing a product/major feature to market.
• Strong project administration: planning, tracking, progress reporting.
• Proven expertise in handling data and overseeing data-centric initiatives.
• Practical grasp of data architecture concepts, including data modeling and system integration.
• Proficiency in Tableau for dashboards/reports and visual analytics.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services for data and infrastructure needs.
• Excellent verbal and written English at an Advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of data-focused programs and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality results across project stages.
• Develop connections with stakeholders and act as the central delivery contact.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure progress and delivery quality.
• Identify risks and interdependencies and craft mitigation plans to stay on schedule.
• Champion best practices and ongoing enhancements within delivery processes and teams.
• Facilitate smooth communication between engineering, business, and leadership.
• Plan and allocate resources across multiple streams of work to meet commitments.
• Coach and support team members to foster a cooperative, high-achieving environment.
• Deliver consistent reporting on milestones and outcomes.
