Job summary

Black & White Engineering in Manila is seeking a Design Manager to own complex data centre design delivery. You will be the primary client contact, drive quality and multidisciplinary coordination, chair design meetings and manage delivery milestones across time zones.

You will be mentored by the Regional Lead Design Manager and have opportunities to pursue professional qualifications. Join a global team of over 1,000 professionals and contribute to growth as a recognised lead in the data centre

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture with a professional licence.
6–10 years in design, engineering or construction, with at least 3 years in design management.
Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex projects on time and to budget.
Strong end-to-end design process knowledge, QA/QC, and programme control.
Experience with BIM processes and coordinating global teams.
Excellent written and spoken English for client and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Own design delivery for data centre projects, coordinating with clients and partners.
Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage delivery milestones across time zones.
Chair design meetings and drive technical delivery with partners.
Maintain accountability for quality and client satisfaction.
