Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions in Manila seeks a Delivery Head to lead and scale our Workforce & Recruitment Solutions Delivery Center, supporting global operations across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

This role drives delivery excellence, operational transformation, and scalable growth within a 300+-member organization, reporting to the Global Delivery Center Director. Hybrid work setup in Ortigas, Pasig area; governance, data-driven decisions, and client partnerships are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10–15 years of experience in recruitment operations, RPO, staffing, or talent acquisition delivery.
• Experience leading large-scale, global delivery teams within workforce or recruitment solutions.
• Strong experience supporting multiple global hiring markets: North America, EMEA, APAC.
• Proven track record managing SLAs, KPIs, governance, and client-facing relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to lead transformation, continuous improvement, and scalable delivery changes.
• Experience driving adoption of technology, automation, and AI-enabled recruitment solutions.
• Strong people leadership, executive communication, and ability to influence in a complex global environment.
• Must be amenable to a hybrid work setup based in Ortigas, Pasig area.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce management delivery operations for global clients across NA, EMEA, and APAC with governance and scalability.
• Drive delivery performance against SLAs, KPIs, quality targets, and hiring outcomes while embedding standardization and risk management.
• Act as a trusted advisor to global partners, shaping workforce strategy and strengthening client partnerships.
• Lead and develop a large team of delivery leaders and professionals to build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee Continuous Improvement, AI, automation, and transformation initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.
