Cognizant Technology Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a Delivery Lead (Deputy General Manager) to establish and oversee account governance across delivery centers, driving new and renewal business, profitability, and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership of diverse teams in a multi-cultural environment and deep experience in global service delivery. The incumbent will lead performance reviews with senior management, drive KPI-based improvements, and mentor the program

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience with 8+ operations lead and project delivery experience in a customer service or account management setting.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and builds relationships with client and other stakeholders for the program.
• Regularly reviews account performance metrics and client satisfaction with Cognizant senior management, engagement, delivery, operations, and finance teams to optimize account performance.
• Drives KPIs to measure growth contribution to the client’s business and company performance.
• Leads team by supporting and driving career growth, personal/team development, well-being, diversity, and inclusion.
• Leads and contributes to continuous improvement of the program management community (best practices, networking, standards, training, tools).
• Manages account P&L to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
