You will align local capabilities with global standards, drive operational discipline, and expand 24/7 follow-the-sun coverage while maintaining high delivery quality and client satisfaction across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
• International experience working with global clients a must.
• Fluent in English and capable of executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Philippines Delivery Centre operating model for scalable delivery.
• Raise engineering craft and ensure enterprise-grade quality, security, and performance.
• Lead operations for Professional Services, Managed Services, and internal functions.
• Partner with global leadership to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
