Sodali & Co is seeking a proactive professional to join the Global Debt Services (GDS) team in Manila. The role focuses on liability management trades, debt restructurings, and bondholder work for international issuers, with collaboration across EMEA, the Americas and APAC.

You will work closely with investment banks, law firms, and restructuring advisors, supporting transactions from mandate to settlement while maintaining high accuracy and adherence to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in financial markets, especially debt capital markets
• Strong MS Excel, Word, and AI tool proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
• Attention to detail and high work quality

Aufgaben

• Support LM and debt restructuring transactions from mandate to settlement
• Act as point of contact for clients, advisors, creditors, and intermediaries during EMEA hours
• Review and comment on deal documents
• Prepare and update complex transaction reports in MS Excel
• Respond to investor queries via email and phone
• Monitor online systems for transaction updates
• Support bondholder identification projects and agency roles
• Work with teams across EMEA, the Americas and APAC
• Leverage AI/tools to improve internal processes and client services
• Be flexible to work outside core hours
