Sodali & Co is a global capital markets advisory firm expanding its Global Debt Services team in Manila. The role focuses on liability management trades, complex debt restructurings, and bondholder activities for international clients.

The candidate will work with investment banks, law firms, and restructuring advisors, supporting LM projects and client services with a Mandarin focus and advanced Excel/AI tool usage. Hybrid work model with 3 days in the office.

Formación

• Fluency in Mandarin, written and verbal, is essential.
• Strong business communication skills in English are essential.
• Experience in Financial Markets, especially debt capital markets, would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of fixed income voluntary corporate actions and clearing systems is important.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and AI platforms (Claude) is required.
• Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support LM and debt restructuring transactions from mandate to settlement.
• Serve as a Mandarin-speaking point of contact for clients, advisors, creditors, private banks and custodians.
• Prepare and update complex transaction reports and calculations in MS Excel.
• Respond to investor and intermediaries’ queries via email and phone.
• Coordinate with global teams across EMEA, the Americas and APAC.
• Leverage AI tools to improve internal processes and client services.
