Job summary

General Motors Philippines is seeking a GDM Operations Team Leader to guide a night-shift team delivering HR operations across US/Canada and LATAM. You will serve as the SME for Workday data management, Benefits, and HR reporting, coaching analysts and ensuring data integrity.

You’ll bridge Manila PSC with LATAM partners, leveraging bilingual English/Spanish to enable effective collaboration and process alignment across regions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in HR Shared Services, HR Ops, or a People Services Center with GDM/Workday expertise.
• Experience as a team lead, senior analyst, or SME with coaching ability.
• Strong Workday HCM processing and ServiceNow knowledge.
• Able to work fixed night shift aligned with GMNA and LATAM hours.
• Excellent communication in a multicultural, matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction to a team of GDM Analysts; assign work, monitor queues, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Coach analysts on process execution, case quality, and escalation judgment; conduct 1:1s.
• Support onboarding and upskilling; serve as SME for complex cases.
• Monitor team performance via dashboards and quality audits; address gaps proactively.
• Lead LATAM coordination and governance discussions with cross-site partners.
