You will guide a night-shift team delivering HR operational support for North America and LATAM, acting as SME for Workday data, Benefits, and HR reporting. The role requires bilingual collaboration and strong process coaching.

You will bridge Manila PSC with LATAM HR partners, lead governance calls, and drive improvements across regions while maintaining SLA adherence and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or a People Services Center environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in GDM, Workday transactions, or HR data management.
• Experience in a team lead, senior analyst, or SME capacity with coaching and escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction to a team of GDM Analysts; assign work and monitor queues.
• Coach analysts on process execution, case quality, and escalation judgment; conduct regular 1:1s.
• Onboard and upskill new team members; serve as SME for complex cases.
• Monitor team performance using dashboards and quality audits to address gaps.
• Lead LATAM partnerships and communicate with cross-site stakeholders.
