Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Analyst for Global Data Governance to support Run State and Project Deployments. You will manage multifaceted data governance activities across finance master data, customer/vendor data, and interoperability with ERP systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years in Finance, with strong Excel skills and experience in data cleansing.

Competenze

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Finance.
Experience in Finance Master Data including data load process — Preferred.
Familiarity with Affiliate Customer/Vendor Master Data — REQUIRED.
Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments — Preferred.
Experience in Data Cleansing and Deep Analysis; SAP/ERP experience — REQUIRED.
Supply Chain experience — REQUIRED.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to engage with stakeholders and drive results.
Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills.

Oversee multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely communications and updates.
Own data loads and validation end-to-end with detailed accuracy.
Liaise on Affiliate/Intercompany data issues and taxonomy review.
Escalate issues and risks to management when required.
Ensure alignment with global PMO standards and deployment templates.
Translate strategy into operational goals and drive standardized processes.
