Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 3 years in finance roles.
• Experience with master data and data loads is preferred.
• Familiarity with Affiliate/Intercompany master data is REQUIRED.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and SAP/ERP; strong data cleansing and analysis skills.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely communications and updates.
• Own end-to-end data loads and validation with attention to detail.
• Understand affiliate/intercompany data within Johnson & Johnson.
• Perform data cleansing and analysis to support deployments.
• Escalate issues and risks to management as needed; ensure alignment with global templates.
• Maintain customer satisfaction during deployment and PMO standards compliance.
• Drive standardization efforts with global teams; translate strategy into operational goals.
• Think creatively, share ideas, and provide actionable feedback.
