Johnson & Johnson Global Services seeks a senior analytics leader to shape the Customer Insights & Analytics capability. You will direct strategic direction, governance, and a roadmap, guiding a multidisciplinary team to transform customer, sales, pricing, and contract data into actionable insights for MedTech and other sectors.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Finance, IT, and other partners to drive value, adoption, and evidence-based decisions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, business analytics, information systems, engineering, finance, or related discipline; advanced degree or certification is an advantage.
• Experience leading analytics, BI, automation, or data-transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, prioritizing and driving accountability and learning.
• Strong commercial acumen; experience in MedTech, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries preferred.

Responsabilités

• Set strategic direction, operating model, and roadmap for the Global Services Customer Insights & Analytics capability.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team across analytics, BI, automation, and data operations.
• Translate business challenges into analytical requirements and governance structures.
• Develop and present reports on progress, insights, and business impact.
