Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Analyst for Global Data Governance in Taguig, Philippines. This role will support the Run State and Project Deployments, overseeing data loads, validation, and liaison with affiliates.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years in Finance, and experience with SAP/ERP, data cleansing, and advanced Excel; strong stakeholder engagement and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required or preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance.
• Experience in Finance Master Data including data load process – Preferred.
• Familiarity with Affiliate Customer/Vendor Master Data – Required.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments – Preferred.
• Experience in Data Cleansing and deep analysis.
• SAP/ERP experience – Required.
• Supply Chain experience – Required.
• High attention to detail and ability to engage with stakeholders.

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is currently recruiting for a Senior Analyst for the Global Data Governance. This role will be focused on supporting the MedTech Run State and Project Deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively oversee multiple projects concurrently in fast past high stress environment
• Work with all required stakeholders to ensure proper and timely communications/updates
• End to end ownership on data loads & validation in high level of detail
• Detailed understanding of Affiliate/Intercompany within J&J
• Data cleaning and analysis
• Liaise and elevate process issues and taxonomy review among key stakeholders. Know enough of the financial models and processes to ask critical questions, frame issues, and drive results.
• Accountable for overall customer satisfaction during deployment process
• Accountable for issue and risk resolution & escalation to management where required
• Continuously ensure alignment of project initiatives with the global template
• Continuously enforce implementation of the PMO standards and approach for deployment end-to-end
• Develop and translate strategy into operational goals and objectives
• Work with global teams to ensure the organization is enabled to drive deeper standardization efforts.
• Thinking creatively and sharing ideas, suggestions and feedback.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in Finance
• Experience in Finance Master Data including data load process – Preferred
