Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Analyst for Global Data Governance to support Run State and Project Deployments. You will manage multifaceted data governance activities across finance master data, customer/vendor data, and interoperability with ERP systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years in Finance, with strong Excel skills and experience in data cleansing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Finance.
• Experience in Finance Master Data including data load process — Preferred.
• Familiarity with Affiliate Customer/Vendor Master Data — REQUIRED.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments — Preferred.
• Experience in Data Cleansing and Deep Analysis; SAP/ERP experience — REQUIRED.
• Supply Chain experience — REQUIRED.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to engage with stakeholders and drive results.
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

This role will be focused on supporting the MedTech Run State and Project Deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively oversee multiple projects concurrently in fast past high stress environment


• Work with all required stakeholders to ensure proper and timely communications/updates


• End to end ownership on data loads & validation in high level of detail


• Detailed understanding of Affiliate/Intercompany within J&J Data cleaning and analysis


• Liaise and elevate process issues and taxonomy review among key stakeholders


• Know enough of the financial models and processes to ask critical questions, frame issues, and drive results


• Accountable for overall customer satisfaction during deployment process


• Accountable for issue and risk resolution & escalation to management where required


• Continuously ensure alignment of project initiatives with the global template


• Continuously enforce implementation of the PMO standards and approach for deployment end-to-end


• Develop and translate strategy into operational goals and objectives


• Work with global teams to ensure the organization is enabled to drive deeper standardization efforts


• Thinking creatively and sharing ideas, suggestions and feedback

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance


• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in Finance


• Experience in Finance Master Data including data load process – Preferred


• Familiarity with Affiliate Customer/Vendor Master Data – REQUIRED


• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments - Preferred


• Experience in Data Cleansing and Deep Analysis SAP/ERP experience - REQUIRED
