Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Taguig is seeking a seasoned Global Vendor Master Data (VMD) Delivery Leader to own end-to-end VMD operations across markets. You will drive governance, KPI ownership, and process standardization to deliver high-quality data and compliant transactions.

Qualifications

Leads end-to-end Vendor Master Data (VMD) operations across markets.
Oversees governance, compliance, and audit readiness for VMD processes.
Drives cross-cluster performance, stakeholder engagement, and standardized controls.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end VMD delivery across markets.
Ensure SLA, KPI, and compliance adherence to VMD controls.
Ensure adherence to tax, statutory, and audit requirements across markets.
Act as senior point of contact for internal stakeholders (Finance, Treasury, Procurement, BUs).
Drive market-level engagement across clusters for supplier concerns and cross-functional collaboration.
Represent VMD in cluster governance forums.
