Job summary

Support Services Group in Metro Manila is hiring a Call Center Representative to be the main liaison with clients, delivering courteous, helpful assistance over the phone. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers toward solutions while maintaining accurate notes in our CRM.

Ideal candidates have SHS or equivalent, strong English communication, basic computer and typing skills, and a positive, trainable attitude. This is an onsite role with shifting schedules.

Responsibilities
