Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines seeks a capable lawyer to join its AI & Data product counsel team. The role will assess new service offerings, provide product guidance, and collaborate with multiple legal and business units to align offerings with regulatory and contract requirements.

You will develop expertise in AI, work across US time zones, and help craft playbooks, templates, and deal support while supporting acquisitions and research efforts. Strong English skills are essential.

Qualifications

Graduate Law degree (JD) and bar admission in good standing.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a corporate or law firm advising on software including AI.
Fluency in English and ability to work with US time zones.

Responsibilities

Support AI & Data business team by assessing offerings and providing product counsel.
Develop subject-matter expertise in AI & Data and act as contact for business and assets teams.
Collaborate with GSL and across legal, including Resale, Strategic Partnering, IP, Data Privacy, Regulatory and Contracting teams.
Support Contracting with playbooks, templates and deal support.
Support Accenture’s Ventures & Acquisitions legal and business teams in evaluating prospective acquisition targets.
Assist the team with legal research.
Support development and improvement of processes, tools and efficiency across the team, including PowerPoint decks, workplans, guidance materials.
Maintain awareness of emerging legal/regulatory trends related to technology, including AI.
