Socium - Teams Done Differently in the Philippines is seeking a Data Science / AI/ML leader to design, develop, and apply AI/ML solutions with business impact. You will work with business and technology teams to turn AI use cases into production-ready systems and mentor Data Scientists while delivering measurable improvements in engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Data Science, ML, AI, or Advanced Analytics.
Hands-on experience with machine learning and predictive modeling.

Responsibilities

Design and develop AI/ML and advanced analytics solutions.
Build predictive models for customer acquisition, upsell, retention, and churn.
Develop solutions for customer segmentation, propensity modeling, recommendations, and personalization.
Take models from data exploration and feature engineering through deployment and monitoring.
Identify opportunities where AI/ML can improve customer engagement and campaign performance.
Work with business and technology teams to turn business needs into AI/ML solutions.
Provide technical direction and guidance to Data Scientists / AI/ML professionals.
Help prioritize and deliver the team’s Data Science projects and initiatives.
Ensure models and scoring solutions are reliable, scalable, and continuously improved.
