Job summary

Ivoclar Vivadent Services & Support, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Platform & Event Registration Manager to oversee Cvent registrations for global events and ensure seamless attendee journeys.

You will build and test event websites, manage attendee communications, support data reporting, and maintain governance of Cvent processes while collaborating with the Exhibitions & Events team and Salesforce integration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with Cvent in an event registration or events tech environment.
• Experience managing registration for multiple concurrent events in international settings.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and data handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Cvent registration processes for global events across Ivoclar business units.
• Build, configure, test, and maintain event websites, registration forms, ticketing, agendas, and attendee journeys.
• Support registration operations for meetings, congresses, trade fairs, and events of varying sizes.
• Coordinate event communications, invitations, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups; provide participant support.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, participant analytics, and event performance insights; ensure data synchronization with Salesforce.
