Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Operational and Team Manager to lead the GBS MNL Customs team. You will drive process optimization, accountability, and ownership, ensuring performance stays within SLA and quality standards.

As a people leader, you will coach and develop team members, monitor performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and collaboration with stakeholders in a dynamic logistics

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned countries migrated into GBS MNL Customs team.
• Strategize to drive process optimization, accountability, and ownership.
• Monitor team and individual performance and ensure adherence to SLA.
• Provide guidance on process design and improvement to drive efficiency.
• Act as an ambassador of GBS MNL and represent the team to stakeholders.
• Prepare and present performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure quality and compliance per NDA, SOPs, and PWIs.
• Lead weekly coaching with team members and drive continuous improvement.
