Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned countries migrated into GBS MNL Customs team
• Monitor performance against SLA and drive continuous improvement
• Provide guidance on process design and optimization
• Lead, coach, and motivate team leaders and members
• Ensure health and safety and compliance under NDA
• Prepare and present performance reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with stakeholders to maintain productivity and positive working relationships
