Job summary

Sealed Air Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Partner to manage order fulfillment, inquiries and complaints, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with sales, supply chain and warehouse teams to optimize orders and shipments.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 4–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication, problem‑solving and English proficiency, and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Experience handling conflict situations.
• Advanced computer skills and SAP/ERP knowledge.
• Good command of English (spoken and written) and computer literacy.
• Passion for customer service and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication, problem solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries including order fulfillment and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Solve routine problems and inform Customer Service Supervisor/Manager.
• Follow defined procedures and standard work.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, sales, and supply chain.
• Coordinate with warehouse for accurate domestic deliveries and with logistics for exports.
