Job summary

Grace Global Business Services (GBS) in Manila, Philippines, seeks a Sr Analyst, Credit Risk and Reporting to manage credit risk activities and deliver comprehensive reporting for global decision-making. You will blend credit risk expertise with advanced data analysis across SAP, SAC, Celonis, and Moody’s data.

Responsibilities include assessing new and existing customers, maintaining credit policy, and generating KPIs for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in credit risk management and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of credit assessment methodologies and risk mitigation strategies.
• Experience with SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Celonis, and Moody’s credit data desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and with senior management.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct credit risk assessments for new customers and periodic risk assessments of existing accounts.
• Monitor and evaluate blocked orders; escalate as needed with appropriate documentation.
• Analyze customer financial data and Moody’s reports to assess creditworthiness and risk.
• Collaborate with Sales and commercial teams to balance risk with growth.
• Support development and maintenance of global credit policy and scoring models.
• Identify process risks and propose internal controls for risk management.
• Monitor exposures and balances; escalate high-risk accounts.
• Support global implementation and enhancement of credit risk practices.
