Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Global Credit and Collections Specialist to manage multi-currency international accounts from our Pasay City site. You will drive collections, assess creditworthiness, resolve international billing issues, and govern AR subledger across global portfolios.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in B2B credit/collections, hands-on ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, Dynamics), and strong Excel skills. A finance degree and PCM/PCS certifications are preferred; Spanish fluency is a plus.

Qualifications

3 to 6 years of commercial B2B credit and collections experience in a multi-regional, multi-currency organization.
Minimum of 2 years handling international collections and multi-currency accounts.
Strong knowledge of global trade practices, export rules, and international shipping terms.
Hands-on experience in a large ERP environment (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, especially Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

Drive collection efforts on multi-currency international accounts to reduce aging balances and meet DSO targets.
Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing global customers using financial statements, bureau reports, and payment trends.
Resolve complex international billing discrepancies, short payments, chargebacks, and deductions with cross-functional teams.
Manage unapplied cash, customer credit balances, and AR subledger governance across global portfolios.
Identify and support process improvements to standardize credit operations and strengthen controls.
