Job summary

Qualifications

• Law degree required.
• 7+ years contracts experience.
• Licensed to practice law; knowledge of other jurisdictions is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written English.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate agreements and documents for policies and standards.
• Lead contracts for complex international and multi-BU projects.
• Act as Contracts Lead for Global Strategic Accounts.
• Provide guidance during approvals and assess risks.
• Collaborate with sales, project management and stakeholders to close deals.
• Conduct legal research and coordinate with outside counsel.
