Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and 5+ years in Supply Chain analytics.
• Advanced data mining, data manipulation, analytics and reporting experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, enhancement, and delivery of supply chain analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Analyze complex supply chain data to identify opportunities, risks, and performance improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and data-driven solutions.
• Design and develop reporting methodologies, automated solutions, and BI tools.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation to enhance productivity and outcomes.
• Lead project planning, requirements gathering, testing, UAT, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain data integrity, process efficiency, and reporting accuracy across systems.
• Provide expert support for analytics issues and corrective actions.
• Create training materials and coach team members on analytics tools and processes.
• Foster collaboration across global supply chain orgs to promote sustainable improvements.
