Job summary

RELX International is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to lead direct spend strategies (Content Acquisition/Development and Content Operations) and to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers. The role emphasizes partnerships with business stakeholders and ongoing supplier development to deliver cost efficiencies.

The successful candidate will drive spend analysis, SRM practice, and process improvements while leveraging enterprise AI tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of procurement experience.
• Experience supporting or leading RFPs/RFQs/RFIs.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Proficient in data analysis and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies for direct spend including content acquisition and operations.
• Lead supplier negotiations and manage supplier relationships to maximize value.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align spend with cost-reduction goals.
• Improve processes and supply chains to drive efficiency and savings.
• Support or lead RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to suppliers.
