Job summary

RELX is seeking a highly experienced procurement professional to join the Direct Spend team in Manila. The role develops sourcing strategies for Content Acquisition, Development and Operations, and leads supplier negotiations.

You will analyze spend, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost reductions while working with global stakeholders. Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Power BI and AI tools will support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder and 3-5 years procurement experience.
• Experience with data analytics and spend management.
• Experience leading or supporting RFPs, RFIs and RFQs.

• Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and manage contracts.
