Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking an Associate Manager, Commercial Segment Marketing in Manila to support the development and execution of global marketing programs for Corporate Transient, Groups, Events, and Business Edge initiatives.

You will manage timelines, coordinate with creative and channel partners, QA assets, and ensure stakeholder alignment across AMER and Global teams, while maintaining thorough playbooks and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of progressive marketing experience in corporate or agency settings.
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong timeline management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support global and AMER marketing initiatives including integrated campaigns for Corporate Transient, Groups and Events, and Business Edge programs.
• Submit requests to creative and channel partners following intake processes.
• Manage end-to-end timelines to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets to stakeholders and external partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to source content and obtain approvals from brand partners.
• Facilitate cross-functional feedback between stakeholders and creative partners.
• QA all materials against briefs and feedback during reviews and before final delivery.
• Collaborate with AMER Commercial & Segment Marketing, Global Sales Strategy, Creative Services, and Content Ops teams.
• Attend weekly standups and project touchpoints for assigned marketing projects.
• Maintain documentation of program and campaign playbooks.
