Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Collections Specialist to join its global team in the Philippines region, focusing on AR/OTC processes and customer accounts. You will gain subject matter expertise in the Shipping industry and work closely with regional teams to ensure timely collections.

The role requires experience in direct customer contact, knowledge of end-to-end OTC, and proficiency in AR systems with strong English communication. Night shifts may be required to support global operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct customer contact and collections.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end OTC cycle and B2B collections.
• Proficient in AR systems and processes; strong written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and collect outstanding customer accounts and ensure timely invoicing.
• Monitor and escalate customers breaching credit terms.
• Analyse payments, disputes and drive collections using data.
• Coordinate with sales, SB Audit, D&D and other teams to resolve actions.
