Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Collections Specialist in Manila to manage and collect on outstanding accounts, analyze payments and disputes, and ensure timely invoicing across client clusters. You will join a global logistics leader committed to diversity and professional development.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting, direct customer contact and B2B collections experience, strong English communication, and willingness to work night shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting is required.
• Experience in direct customer contact, service, and collections is preferred.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end OTC cycle and B2B collections is essential.
• Proficiency in AR systems and strong verbal/written English communication is needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and collect outstanding customer accounts across clients/BU.
• Monitor and report breaches of credit terms.
• Maintain collections and ensure timely invoice payments.
• Perform customer analysis on payments, disputes, and on-account activity.
• Coordinate with cash applications, invoicing, disputes, SB Audit, D&D, and Sales teams to resolve actions.
• Adapt to additional tasks as needed by business area.
