Job summary

Qualifications

• Ideally a BS Accountancy graduate or any accounting or business-related course.
• Has experience in accounting roles is preferable.
• Proficient in MS Office, esp. Excel.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skill and good communication.
• Confidentiality and discretion highly expected.
• Able to meet very strict deadlines and work in a team.
• Amenable to night shift.

Responsibilities

• Service Delivery: Carry out activities to achieve KPIs.
• Ensure Finance and Accounting Department delivers effective service to clients.
• Guarantee integrity of financial books following guidelines.
• Process accounting transactions efficiently and lawfully per policies.
• Implement internal financial reporting in line with guidelines and timelines.
• Support timely external audits and statutory filings.
• Provide financial information for tax calculations and compliance.
• Collaborate with regional teams to standardize processes and best practices.
