Job summary

Maersk Global Service Centres Philippines Limited in Pasig is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to manage regional AR operations. You will handle daily collections data, apply payments, and produce SOA updates while driving accuracy and timely closes.

The role requires 5–6 years in AR, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with international colleagues. Mid-shift work and overtime during closing are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Overall 5–6 years experience in AR processing.
• Highly analytical, adaptable and agile.
• Willing to work a mid-shift schedule and overtime during closing.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end AR process execution: incoming payments, on-account analysis, payment application, dispute follow-up, reconciliations; analyze collections data and prepare reports.
• Support financial decision-making by providing data-driven insights on receivables and customer behavior.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely SOA reviews and reconciliations.
• Identify and flag opportunities for standardization and automation (projects).
• Support process improvements and provide data for structural fixes; act as SME and backup for leaders.
• Follow collection policies and adhere to Maersk norms.
