Job summary
Ingram Micro Philippines BPO LLC is seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to own escalations across Azure, AWS, and ERP-integrated environments. You will lead incident response, perform root cause analysis, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance system resilience and customer experience.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cloud support or related roles, strong SQL/database knowledge, and a customer-first mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/IS or equivalent.
- 5+ years in cloud support engineering or related roles.
- Experience with SaaS-based cloud solutions.
- Strong SQL/database knowledge (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL).
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication in a fast-paced global environment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced cloud issues across Azure/AWS.
- Support hybrid, multi-cloud, and on-prem integrations.
- Lead incident response and RCA activities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and vendor teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and improve support processes.
